PAYMENT PLAN TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ORIGINAL ARTWORK The payment plan we offer is where you pay installments on original artwork(s), and the painting(s) is reserved for you and held by the seller until it is fully paid for. Once the details of the plan are agreed upon between buyer and seller, we take the art off the market and reserve it until it is paid for in full. Once the painting is paid for in full, we ship the artwork insured via USPS, UPS, or FEDEX within 3 business days. AVAILABLE ARTWORKS The Payment Plan is available on almost all original artworks. However, prints and other items may not be purchased on the payment plan. INITIAL PAYMENT Your first payment will be a down payment of 25% - 50% of the painting dependant on your financial needs and the particular painting(s) you are interested in. This is something we will discuss together before any payments are made. All correspondence is done via email to prevent confusion or misunderstandings. You tell us the painting(s) you are interested in and the down payment you would like to make within these guidelines. NO INTEREST There are no interest charges for our Payment Plan. CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS You can make monthly payments by by authorizing us to make monthly charges to your credit or debit card in the amount agreed upon. Sorry, but at this time we cannot accept checks, wire transfers, or money orders. MONTHLY STATEMENT After each monthly payment is processed we send out a balance invoice. You will always know how much you've paid, due dates, and what is owed. DUE DATES Payments are due on the agreed upon date of each month. Payments are due within 7 days of the agreed upon date. After 7 days there is a $10 penalty fee added to the total amount due. (On the 6th day of overdue payment we reissue a reminder to keep your cost down.) FLEXIBILITY Our Payment Plan is a flexible contract. You are welcome to make larger payments to receive your artwork sooner, however if unexpected circumstances arise and you and need to change your payment to smaller portions for a couple of months, we will do everything possible to accommodate your needs. PRINTS OF ORIGINAL ART Your original art will in all likelihood be made available as a print once the original artwork is paid in full. This benefits you, the buyer of the original artwork. The more popular the image, the more valuable your original art work becomes. However, prints will never be mass produced and will NOT be available in print until AFTER the original art work has arrived safely at your home or business. Artist retains all copyrights to original art. You may not reproduce the painting in any way. CANCELLATION If you have initiated a payment plan and for some reason need to cancel, there is a 20% restocking fee withheld of the total amount of the painting. Refunds minus the 20% will be made in the form of monthly payments. NONPAYMENT AND FAILURE TO COMMUNICATE If we do not receive payment and we do not hear from you, we will make every effort to contact you to resolve the situation. If we receive no payment or communication from you for 60 days past the payment due date the payment plan will be terminated. We will relist the reserved artwork as AVAILABLE FOR SALE, and you will forfeit whatever payments you have already made. |
